Dear Woodcreek Families,

The primary mission of the Woodcreek Middle School staff is to inspire our students to be an ELITE
version of themselves, by valuing Effort, Leadership, Integrity, Teamwork and Endurance. We will only
achieve this mission through a partnership with you, parents of these future leaders. The WMS Be Elite
Annual Fund is an opportunity for us to work together to bring innovative learning opportunities and
enrichment experiences that prepare our Woodcreek Lions for success.

When you donate to the WMS Be Elite Annual Fund, you are supporting important initiatives on our
campus including:
• Our campus-wide STEM program where students learn industry concepts and practices and gain
valuable perspective of how their classroom experiences support their future careers
• Adding modern and additional resources to our media center to create specialized learning
environments to meet students’ needs
• Support the increasingly popular eSports after school club so that more students can participate
and are equipped to compete in this growing arena

How can I contribute?
Online: Gifts may be made online through our school website humbleisd.net/wms where you will find a link for the Annual Fund Campaign. By clicking the DONATE NOW button, you can make a one-time or recurring gift.

By Mail: Gifts may be mailed directly to the Foundation office. Checks should be made payable to the Humble ISD Education Foundation with WMS Annual Fund on the memo line.

Why is my gift directed to the Humble ISD Education Foundation?
In lieu of third-party fundraising efforts, our campus has partnered with the Humble ISD Education Foundation to design a campaign that allows supporters to make a philanthropic gift in support of Woodcreek Middle School. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to support Humble ISD campuses, educators, and most importantly, our students. Gifts made to the Annual Fund through the Foundation are tax-deductible as allowed by law and provide maximum matching gift potential as many companies will only match gifts to a 501(c)(3) organization. The Foundation manages the collection, reporting of donor gifts, as well as the receipting of donations.
