Math is rocking and rolling into week 2 of the school year!
6th Grade: This week, students continued Unit 1 (Representing and Comparing Rational Numbers) by exploring the classification of numbers and learning about Integers. Students will be tested over these concepts in the upcoming week.
7th Grade: This week, On Level students explored the Representation of Rational Number and their operations. Meanwhile, the Advanced students dove into the Real Number System. Students will test over these concepts in the upcoming week.
8th Grade: This week, students reviewed the Rational Number system, dove into the Real Number System, and learned how to approximate irrational numbers using the TI Nspire graphing calculator.
Algebra: This week, students solved equations and inequalities as well as simplifying algebraic expressions. Students will test over these concepts in the upcoming week.
